A QUARTETTE OF FOOLS

A Quartette of Fools, first published in 1946 in The Arizona Baptist, was written by the author while serving as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Air Corps. After World War II, R. B. Thieme, Jr. returned to Dallas Theological Seminary to resume his graduate studies. He graduated Summa Cum Laude and became the pastor of Berachah Church in Houston, Texas in 1950.

Pastor Thieme’s extensive training in Greek, Hebrew, theology, and textual criticism is the foundation for his innovative system of vocabulary, illustrations, and biblical categories that are designed to communicate the truths of God’s infallible Word.
